Who Sayth that on or about the Eight & Twentyeth or
Nine & Twentyeth day of June last past, she happenes to
be in Company with Capt Alloway Serjeant, & John Hill< no role >
together with Two Woman at the House of one Rossey
a Vintner
in the Strands, at Which time & Place, the said
Captine Serjeant [..] by the Assistance of the said
John Hill< no role >
, did ravish her this Informt. & had Carnall
Knowledge of her body against her will; the Sd John-
Hill holding her this Informt. in his lapp in a Chaire, wth.
her hands behind her, & stopping her mouth with a Nayshire
& the said Capt Serjeant holding the point of his Sword
against her breast whilect the fact was Comitted, by-
which meanes they effected the Same; And this Informt
further Sayth, that the Sd Capt, Serjeant & John Hill< no role >
Caused one of the Women then present (whose name this
Informt. doth not know) to Stand against the Card of
the Chaire in wch the Sd Hill State Whilit the said
Fact Was Comitted, and that assooneas they had
perfected the Sance, they opend the doore & ran away.
