John Southworth< no role > Constable maketh oath That he
this servnt. doth Verily bet [..] that one Mrs Morell
who now absconds is along materiall witness for
the King agt. the Prisoners Concerning the severall
Robbernes wher at they stand Indicted, And this
depont. further sayth that the doth verily beleeve
that one Mr Bowman an uphollbn in Holborne is
[..] materiall witness in the say [..] Cause
for that the sayd Bowman as he hath declared to
[..] the hanour which was found in the howse
in Boswell Court the day of here the sayd Robbery
and as this dept. is [..] bly Informed did Send tpe
same to Daniell Scanlan< no role > one of ye Prisoners some days
before the Robbery was Committed, And this dept.
further sayth that he was on the 9th [..] Start to
[..] for the sayd Bowman at two houses, And
the say Bowmans wife did acquaint thro dept.
(ac this dept. doth beleeve for truth so [..] to be) That the
sd Bowman two was at a so law called
Bowman in [..] said and that he will be in Towns
[..] next weeke.
