parish of St: Giles wth: out Cripplegate in the Said County
And Also to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor for
the Hamblet of Lyme house in the parish of St. Dunstans
Stepney in the Said County. or any of them;

Whereas Complt: is made unto as Two of his Matis: Justices of the peace
for the Said County (Quorid unns) by the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor for the parish of St: Giles wth:out Cripplegate aforesaid
That Elizabeth Hurst< no role > the wife of John Hurst< no role > is Intruded and
Come in to their Said Parish endeavouringe to gaine a Setlement
there wth:out rentinge above Five pounds P: And nor payinge
any taxes or giveinge any notice in writeinge to any of the officers
of the Said Parish of the place of her aboade as any by Law She ought
and by reason of her [..] poverty and beinge now Lunatick and haveinge
nothinge where wth all to maintaine her Selfe will unavoidably
before agreate charge to the Said Parish of St. Giles with:out Cripplegate
(if not, Speedily prevented) Now Forasmuth, as it appearell unto
as the Said Justices of the peaces upon the Informacon of Elizabeth
Taylor
< no role > widow her Mother upon Oath, that about Seven Yeares
agoe her Said daughter Elizabeth Hurst< no role > Came from & out of
the Said Hambl Lyme house in the Said Parish of St. Dunstans
Stepney and there She & her Said Husband John Hurst< no role > Lived for ye.
Space of one Yeare & upwards in a house or Teneshent above
Tenn pounds sd: And rent and there they paid to the poor and there her Said husband Left her &
went for New England and hath not returned Since nor Can Wee
now upon a Strict examinacon finde that She nor her Said husband
have gained any Legale Setlement Sinces Wee therefore the Said
Justices doe Adjudge & Deem the Said John Hurst< no role > & his Said wife
to have been Last Legally Selled in the Said Hambt. of Lyme house
in the Said parish of St. Dunstans Stepney and that the Same
is now the place of their Legall Setlemt:

These are therefore in Eas Matis name to require on Sight hereof to.
past remove and Convey the Said Elizabeth Hurst< no role > wife of the Said.
John Hurst< no role > from & out of the Said parish of Cripplegate the
next way to the Hambt. of Lyme house aforesaid in the parish
of Stepney aforesaid; and her deliver to the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor there or to Some or one of them together wth: this precept where
are hereby required her to receive and provide for as her occations Shall
require as they doe for other Such poor of their Said Hambt. untill they
Can otherwise Free themselves thereof by due Course of Law; And this is
your Warrants, Given under our hands & Seales this 4th: day of July
