Who upon his Oath doe say yt his Informat was
taken upabounts seven weeks agoe and [..] carryed
before Jutice Milner where he was accused upon
the Informacion of Willm Brumfeild< no role > then a
prisonr in Newgate to be with him at ye Comitting
ye severall Robbery in the County of Middx at
which time the sd. Brumfeild alsoe accused
one John oldset< no role > als Pet: Davenport< no role > , That [..]
Informat being in the House of Peter Lamburing
this day met the sd Adsit, who acquainted him the [..]
the sd Brumfeild had accused him for being
with him in severall Robberye who replyed; that
he was glad to see this Informt oute of his Trouble
and that he ye sd Adsit [..] has he was in Company with the
sd Brumfeild when they were. psued, and haveing
the worst her was first to acquit the Hors and
bring psued P tenn people drew oute his
[..] sholl and prsented to u telling them that the
first Man that came to him should be a dead
man any further telling them that he had done noe ill thing
and soe made his Escaped leaping mile a Ditch
of water where he lay till might and ever since
the sd Adsit confest to this Informt that the was
forst to keep oute of the way for fear of
being taken and furthr sayth not
