and tooke away a Small Sume of money
to the value of about ten Pence and restor'd it again to the
said Mr. Knight and Further Smith not

taken on Oath the Second day of June Ao: Dui 1698
Who Saith that this Morning about two of the Clock in
above named Jno. Bell< no role >
got into his Warehouse and Stole
away from thence Nine Pounds Fifteen Shillings and
three Pence out of his Drawer wth. he afterwards
confessed [..] and restored to him the moneys again which was
put into the Constables hands, and that he found a Window
of his sd. Ware house open'd and also a Door and the
till where this money lay wrench'd open & taken out of
its place.
