Churchwardens & overseers of the poor of
the pish of St Clement Danes in the County

Sheweth

That on the thirteenth day of May last past one Susanna Haines< no role >
being [..] of the small pox was passed from the pish of St Mary White-
Chappell in the said County to the Said pish St Clement Danes by
Warrant under the hands & Seals of Robert Bateman< no role > & John
Webber< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties. Justices of the peace of the said County
thereby alleadging that the said Susanna Haines< no role > was last legally
settled as a hired Servant by the year wth one Sarah Wright< no role > in Duke
Street in the said pish of St Clement Danes

Your petrs: thinke themselves agrieved wth the
Judgment of the said two Justices humbly Appeale
to this Worll: Bench & pray that you will be
pleased to Order the Church Wardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the pish of White
Chappell to appear in the Court some day
the next quarter sessions to hear & abide the
finall Judgment & determinacon of this [..]
