Who Saith that on the Tenth day of this instant Febry
there was a Gold Smiths Shop Do [..] wherein [..] divers
Gold Smiths Warr made [..] th of Gold Silver being the
goods of Rachel Wade< no role > Widw. feloniously Stollet out
of her Shop in the night time in Rochester aforesd. And
that upon Some informacon there was apprehended &
Comitted to the G [..] at Rochester [..] Thomas Hinton< no role > [..]
Elizabeth Jerye< no role > . And that one George Turner< no role > who hath
own'd himselfe to be priors to the Said felony & hath
given [..] agt. the aforesd. Prisonrs. hath alts accu'sd
a certaine Person who goes by the Name of Susana Lewis
ats Pettit< no role > ats Hinton< no role > the Supposed wife of the aforesd.
Thomas Hinton< no role > for receiving conveying [..] & disposing
of the aforesd. Goods vizt. Severall Silver Spoons Amber
Necklaces Porales & other Goods to the Value of forty
Pounds or upwards Whereupon the Sd. Edwd. Shirley< no role >
doth Suspect the Sd. Susana Lewis< no role > als Pettit ats Hinton
for being concerned in the felony aforesd.
