and Ministers whome these may Concerne Greeting

Whereas Complaint hath beene made unto us whose names
are Subscribed two of his Mats. Justices of peace of the County of
Midd (Quorun) by the Churchwarden and Overseers of the poor
of the hamlet of Lymehouse in the pish of Stepney in the said
County that one Richd. Lewis< no role > & Elizath< no role > his wife are Come into the
said Hamlet Secretly without giveing Due notice the [..]
as the law Direction in that case and now likely to be [..]
Chargeable to the said Hamlet And for as much as it Appeal
eth unto us upon the oath of the said Eliza Lewis< no role > that her
said Husband hath paid noe Pish Duties in the said Hamlet
ever since they came there but that the last legall place of
their Settlement was at Dept ford in the County of Kent where
they lived about fourteene years and Paid Pish Duties These
are therefore in his Mats. name to will and require you
forthwith upon receipt hereof to remove and Convey the
said Rich Lewis< no role > and his said wife from and out of the said
Hamlet of Lymehouse to Deptford aforesaid and them [..]
leave with the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
to be by them provided for according to law And hereof you [..]
may not faile at your Pills And this Shall be your
Warrt. Givenunder our handsand Seales ye Twenty Sixth
