To the Right Worspl. his Maties Justices of the Peace for the County of Midd

Sheweth
The humble Peticon of the Overseers of
the Poore of the Parish of St. Katherine
in the sd. County.

That in December last One Nicholas Hayes< no role > of the sd. parish was by Warrant under the
Hand & Seale of Two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for this County comitted to the house of
Correccon in the sd. County for running away & leaving his Wife & Three Children to
be mainteyned att the Charge of the sd. Parish

That June the sd. Hayes has been Soe comitted as aforesd his sd. Wife is dead & the sd
parish have Expended & Disbursed the Sum of 6s. or thereabouts in & about the mainteying
& keeping the sd Hayes Wife & Children and forasmuch as the sd Hayes not haveing
notas yell male any proposecon for fulempinfyed the sd. Parish from his sd. Children
or to pay the Money by them disbursed &byyour Petr. being still att [..] awal charge
with the sd. Children Oare likely to be foe for the future.

pleased to Grant that the sd Hayes mayStablebe continued in
Custody untill he has pd. the Money disbursed by the sd parish
& Seven Security for fulempinfying the sd. Parish from
the maintey name of his said Three Children
