Who upon his Oath Saith That about One of the Cock this
day two women came into his said Masters Shopp and asked for
two Tickeing Pillowes, and whilst the one was looking on the
Ticking the other who ownes her name to be Sarah Daft< no role > tooke
a peice of Pelong Damaske white Silke of about three yards lay sak
fifteene Shillings, and gave the said Silke to the other woman
who calls her name Diana Dixon< no role > , both the said women goeing
away this Deponent [..] of [..] called
them back, and asked them for the said Silke, whereupon the said
Dixon drop't the sd: pene of Silke (which she had secrettly
kep't about her) on the shoppfloore.

The said Diana Dixon< no role > and Sarah Daft being duely Examined
Saith That they went to buy Ticking in Mr. Broughtons Shopp
as abovesaid, but positively denyes they or either of them
touched or medled with an of Silke as above the fare charged
to have taken or Stole
