By His Majesty's Justices and Commissioners for putting in Exe-
cution an Act of Parliament made in the Seventh
and Eighth Years of the Reign of His Majesty King
William III. Intituled, An Act for Granting to
His Majesty certain Rates and Duties upon
Houses for makeing good the Deficiency of the
Clipped Money.

WHereby Virtue [..] pursuance of the [..]
said Act of Parliament [..]
as residing within the [..] of [..]
in the County aforesaid is in and by the Estrem
or Assessment charged upon the Persons there the siding
Rated and Assessed the Sum of Six Shillings for [..]
tenn windows in his house in the said Liberty of
Eastsmithfeild
which being demanded by the Collectors thereof, and
the said Thomas Porter< no role > being aggrieved
with the said Assessment, hath within the time limited by
the said Act, made Complaint unto us Commissioners
(amongst others) for puting he said Act in Execution
within the said County; whereof Two of us Signed or
Allowed the said Rate; whereupon we have particularly
Examined the said Complaint upon Oath, and upon due
Examination thereof, have Abated and Defaulked the
said Assessment to two shillings he haveing out
nine windows in his said [..]
