Houreading the humble peticon of the cheife Inhabitants of the
pish of Hendon in this County Child unto this [..]
Shewing that Ann Clarke< no role > [..]
of the said parish obstinately continue to sell beer & ale in [..]
their sewall houses there notwithstanding they have been [..]
suppressed & since convicted for the same & punished to according
to law, and that they have since privately pcured licens [..]
from some Justices of the peace for this County liveing re [..]
from the said parish the petrs not being heard thereupon [..]
which hath much incouraged the said offenders & others in the
like case, & occasioned great disturbance in the said parish
And that the said Ann Clarke< no role > Daniell Mills & Timothy
Smyth
< no role > since the obtaineing of their said last licences have [..]
taken by [..] the Churchwardens and Constables of the [..]
parish of Hendon suffering disorders in their respective
houses on the Lords day [..] on the twenth [..]

future noe pson in the said parish may be licensed to sell
beer & ale there without the consent & allowance of the
neighbouring Justices And upon reading the sewall peticon
