Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us whose Hands
and Seals are hereunto fet, two white Majesties Justices of
the Peace
of the county of Middlesex
(Quorum unus) by the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields
in the said County, that

are lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle
themselves there without giving Notice in Writing to the
said Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor or any one of them
of the House of there aboad in the said Parish, ac-
cording to the Statute in that Case made and provided; And that
they arelikely to become chargeable to the
said Parish; And whereas it appeareth unto Us the said Justices upon
the Oath of the said That he Barnes

These are therefore in White Majesties Name straitly to Charge and
Command you and every of you, forthwith upon sight hereof to
remove and convey the said

from the said Parish of St. Giles in the Fields
in the said County, and so from Constable to Constable, the next and
directest way to the said paris of St. Margarets Westmr
in ye
said County by of Midlesex
and deliver them unto the Church-Wardens, and Overseers of
the Poor there, who are hereby required to provide for them
according to Law: Hereof fail not at your Perills. Given under our
