The humble peticon of the late Overseers of
the poore of the parish of St Martins in the
Feilds in the sd County

That yor. Pet. were overseers of the Poore of the sd Parish the yeare 1695
and the time of their sd. Office Your Petr. Account Bulebbed upon Bond
the paid of 450lb. or there abouts white was distributed for the use of the Poore
of the sd Parish

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly Pray yor
worspps to be pleased to releive them in the
manned as unto your Workspps
