These are to desire you and every of you for
permitt & Luster the Bearer thereof Luis
Palmer< no role > a poor boy haveing nothing to Subsist
on hath a desire to goe home to the parrish
of Wotford In the County of Hartford
being as wee are Inormed the Place of his
Last legall abode, you are desired to lett him
peaceabley & quietly pass unto the Said Prish
of Wottford allowing him Such releif by the
way as you shall think convenient without
any of your Letts hinderances or molestation
whatsoever & to lett him have carriage
thither, he demeaning himself orderlie & not
Exceeding the Space of Three Dayes from
the Date hereof to Accomplish his Said
Journey unto the parrish & County aforesaid
