of £2.13s.0d Or thereabouts which the sd.JamesJayne refuseing to pay to your petr
he obteyned a Warrant from the Worspl. Justice Marshall against the sd
Jayne who was carryed before the Worspl. Sr. Charles Lea< no role > Knt . & now
stands bound for his appearance in this Honble Court this pnt Sessions
