Parish of St. Andrews Holbourne in the sd
County Widow

Sheweth

That some time past yor. petr. tooke to nurse out of the Liberty of Saffron
Hill within the sd. parish one David Foster< no role > son of William Foster< no role > and was
promised paymt. for nursing the same by the sd. William Foster< no role >

That the sd. Wm Foster< no role > is now in Flanders the mother of the sd. Child
being dead Soe that yor. petr. hath not as yett been paid for nursing the sd
Child

That the sd. Child was borne within the sd. Liberty where the sd. Wm Foster< no role >
his Father was an Inhabitant for the space of nine yeares or thereabouts
And forasmuch as the Overseers of the poore of the sd. Liberty about
Two Months past promised to pay yor Petr. from thereforth forwards for
nursing the sd. Child but they now refuse Soe to due And forasmuch as yor.
Petr. being very poore & not longer able to keepe the sd Child

Yor. Petr therefore most humbly Prayer yor. Worspp
to be pleased to Order that the sd Child may be
mainteyned att the charge of the Overseers of the sd
Liberty & that they may pay yor. Petr. for keeping the
sd. Child Since the time of their promiseing your
