The humble Peticon of Grace Jones< no role > on the
behalfe of her Kinsman Mathew Moore< no role >

Sheweth

That in Some time past the sd Mathew Moore< no role > became apprentice to Richard Hepthrow< no role >
of the parish of St. Martins in the Feilds in this County Engraver for the Terme of right
yeares comencing from the Day of the date of his Indenture of Apprentishipp As thereby
may appeare.

That since the sd. Mathew Moore< no role > Soe became Apprentice as aforesd. the sd. Richard
Hepthrow
< no role > hath abused him in a very prosse & harbourous manner by shipping & beating him
very Severely when upon upon Complaint thereof made before the Worspl. Justice
Ellis the sd Hopthrow stands bound for his Appearance in this Honble Court this
prdt Sessons Yett newtheless since that time the sd. Richd. Hepthrow< no role > hath wpl the sd
Mathew Moore a prisoner in a Close Roome and hath otherwise barbourously
abused him.

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly Prayes yor. worspp
to be pleased to Grant this Honble Bench Warrant
for bringing the sd. Richd. Hepthrow< no role > into this Honble
Court this put Sessions to answer Such things as
shalle there alledged against him & likewise to be
dealt with according to Law & Justice.
