To the Right Worshippfull his Majesties Justices
of the peace for ye County of Middlesex

Sheweth

The humble Peticonr & appeale of the Churchwardens
and Overseers for the Poor of the Parish of
St. James Clerkenwell in this County

Whereas Elizabeth Fulford< no role > wife of Urian Fulford< no role >
with two small children were by Warr. under the hands and
Seales of two of his Maties: Justices peace for this County
passed from the Parish of St. John at Hackney to the
pish of St. James Clerkenwell where the said Elizabeth
Fulford with her said Children have been Chargeable
Ever sinceThat yor. peticonr. are able to prove the said
Urian Fulford< no role > husband to the said Elizabeth Fulford< no role >
to be last legally settled in the pish of St. John at Hackney
as a hired Servt. by the space of three months or upwards

Therfore yor. peticonrs: most humbly appeales
agt. the said Order of two Justices And prayes Yor:
Worpps Order for all pties to appeare at his
Sessions And that your peticonrs: [..] ard in
the matter And to abide Such Orders as this
Court shall think fitt in the prmisses As to yor.
Worpps Shall seem meet Etc
