The Humble Peticon of Else Currey< no role >

Sheweth


That your Petitioner for the fact She Stood indicted in this Honorable
Court, as of this present Sessions, was fined the sum of three Shillings and
four pence and for non payment thereof was commited to new prison , where
She now [..] ren aines being almost ready to parish for want of releife, her
husband being dead and left three Small Children for her to take care
of She haveing nothing to maintain herself and her three Children but
her daily labor, humbly begs being not able to pay the fine inflicted
her to Submit herself to the money of this Honb Court.

Your Petitioner therefore humbly begs
your worships to consider ye Sad and deplora
-ble condicon wherein She now langwish
-eth and to mitigate the said fine, as unto
your worships Shall Seem meet.

And your Petitioner as in duty
bound Shall ever pray Etc.
