and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlett of
Wapping Stepney

Sheweth

That the Church wardens & Overseers of the Poor
of St John Wapping . By virtue of a Pass under the hands
& Seale. of John Webber< no role > Esqr & Robert Constable< no role > Esqr two
of his Maties Justices of the Peace for this County, Did lately
Send to a. One Margret Ovey< no role > wife of John Ovey< no role > a Soldjer
in his Maties Service in Flanders; with Jane< no role > and Charles< no role >
their children Illedging That they belong to our Said
Hamlett Whereas in truth they never had any
residence nor ever Did Inhabit there

Your Petitonrs Therefore most humbly pray That
this Honoble: Bench will be pleased to Grant [..]
Order For the Said Churchwardens & Overseers [..]
the Poor of St John Wapping afforesaid, To ap [..]
and shew cause why they shall not abide the
Judgment of this Court touching the settlement of
the Said Margret Ovey< no role > & her said two children
