Thomas< no role > that she was last legally setled in the pish
of WestHam in the County of Essex Those are
therefore in his Mats. name straightly to charged
Comand you and duly of you forth with upon sight
hereof to remove & Convey the said Margaret
Thomas< no role > and three Children from the said hamlett
of Bow to West Ham aforesaid and soe from
Constable to Constable the next & directest way
to Westham aforesaid and deliver them unto
the Churchwardens and overseers of the poor
there are hereby requised to provide for
