Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us, whofe Hands
and Seals are hereunto set, Two of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace of the County of middx (Quoram unus) by the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of
St Marry whitechappell in the said County,
that Mary Willis< no role > (the wife of Thomas Willis< no role >
[..] more in his Meajties: service) with Richard Willis< no role >
their Child

Die lately come into the said parish endeavouring
to settle [..] & Child there, without giving Notices in Wri-
ting to the said Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poors, or any
one of them, of the House of ther abode in the
said parish according to the Satute in that Case made and
provided; And that the said new willis [..]

likely to become chargeable to the said [..]
it appeareth unto Us the said Justices upon the Oath [..]

that [..] husband was last legally settled in the [..]
streete in the [..] of Spittlefields in the said County of where he was
Too entrie by Indedture to one Mr. Cordweth L [..] maker [..]
These are therefore in his Majestices Name straitly to Charge and
Command you and every of you, forthwith upon fight hereof to
remove and convey the said Weary will's and her said child
from the said parish
in the said County, and so from Constable to Constable, the next and
directest way to the said place called wheelkers Streete in
the hamlett aforesaid
and deliver then unto the Church-Wardens, and Overseers of
the Poor there, who are hereby required to provide for them
according to Law: Hereof fail not at your Perils. Given under our
Hands and Seals; the Seaventh day of December Anno
