prisoner taken the fifth day of September
Anno did 1695 before John Webber< no role > Esq . one
of his Majties: Justices of the peace of the said
County.

Who Saith that he haveing abt. a for might aged taken Lodyeing
att the [..] of John Holmes< no role > of the pish of St. John of [..]
Wapping [..] of Middx Marr men & [..]
[..] finding [..]
[..] the said two [..] ye. my ag [..]
on the same of [..] ad this Informed Lodyer ye. & [..]
[..] this Sd Examt: did there upon Inter the said Chamber
Ajar as aforesaid & att the said two Severall tymes felonoiusly
did steale & lake thereoutt five new Collinouse Jurketts
two Cloth coals & there ye. of shagy breeched Butt
this said Examint: denyed ye. he any wayes forced open the
aforesd chamber dore agar as aforesaid Butt he Intred the
Same as is aforemen [..] ed & further he saith nott
