his Sister said he did go
up to by on the Bed be-
cause his head aked


[..] Said That he was going to Knights budge and Ham-
ersmith Confesseth that he went over Covent Garden about
five a Clock in the Morning and was at his Brothers house
in Brookfield at 7. a Clock this Morning and
was there about halfe an houer, and went to
hire his Brothers house denyes that he was
in the Roome or Closet above Staires this Morn-
ing, nor has been in the Said house Since Sun-
day was Senite till this Morning

denyes that he knowes any thing of the
Clippings or things found in the house by the
Constable, denyes that he Knowes any thing
of the Money and things found in the Chest of
Drawers in his owne house, but the peece
of Leather he said he found it in Sherbourne
Court one Morning 12. Months Since

that David Jones< no role > of Exeter Street & his wife are the occasion
of his being apprehended & this Search being
made,

his wife said that she knowes nothing of the
