I had waited on the Bench of Justices Yesterday in
obedience to their Letter but that my Indisposition
was such that I could in no wise their out of door's
but since they have appoynted me to be one of their
Treasurers for Middx I shall doe my Best therein with
my partner and Pformd what ought in relation to
the Accepting my predecessors account as is usuall
in such Cases and hope some time next weeke to
doe it when I have any notice thereto by him pray
Excuse my parsonall attendance on the Court desine-
ing you to Communicate the same to them I am
