Who Saith upon oath yt on the 24th of February last about five in the
Evening of the same day being Sunday The Informt: went from his
house Scituate in White Chappell high streete aforesd to a neighbors
house hard by there where Continueing about halfe an houre this said
Informt: returned home againe where he had nott bin att home [..]
an houre before this Informt: preeved the window board of his Sd.
house broke and a paine by glasse taken outt upon which this Sd
Informt: feareing he had bin robbed, She went an Staires & there
found the dore of his roome broken open & Entering the roome there
found his Chest (wherein was putt one Silver Tankard one Silver [..]

three silver Spoons & which was Carted upp and safe in the Chest when

thesd chest to due off and the locke broken And upon lookeing into
thesd Chest This Informt: found the sd place inssing & that the
sd place had bin feloniously stolne from him. And further he saith
