The humble Peticon of Henery May< no role >
of ye Hamblett of Mile End New Towne
in ye pish of Stepney in this County

That Yor. peticonr was Churchwarden of ye said Hamblett
about One Yeare Since, where Yor peticonr. Expended
in his said Office Forty Seaven pounds & Four Shillings
wch. he was out of pockett when his Accts: were
passed-That Yor peticonr. had a Rate made to
Reimburse him the said Forty Seaven pounds &
Four Shillings But the Prsent Churchwarden
Rufuses to Collect the Same or to make Yor
peticonr. Sattisfaccon for the said Money

Therefore yor peticonr. humbly prayes
the prmises considered Yor. Worpps
will be pleased to Order the prsent
Churchwarden of the said Hamblett to
Attend here to shew cause why she will
not Collect the said Rate made to
Reimburse Yor. peticonr. Or otherwise Order
as to yor. Worpps Shall Seem meet Etc
