County of Middx

Sheweth
The humble peticon and appeale of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore
of the parish of Kensington in the sd. County

That Jane Mitchell< no role > was by Warrant under the hands and seales of three of
their Maties Justices of the peace for the sd. County lately passed from the-
parish of Fulham on Hamersmith side in the sd. County to the sd. pish of
Kensington

That the sd. Jane Mitchell< no role > did dwell and Inhabit in the sd. pish of Fulham on
Hamersmith side for the peace of Eight yeares past where she rented whose of
£12. P annu and pd. all taxes and parish duty & imposed on her see that yor. petr.
humbly conceive themselves not lyable to provide for the & Jane Mitchel< no role > l.

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly pray yor worspp
to be pleased to Order that the Churchwardens &
ovrseers of the poore of the sd pish of Fulham
may appeare in this Honble Court this put
Quarter Sessions to shew cause why the sd Jane
Mitchell
< no role > should not be repassed to the sd pish of
Fulham
