thatnotwithstanding sevall [..] divers [..] Carters Carrmen & Drayman that passe & refuse
with their Carts Carer & drays through the publick streets
lanes & places within this County smoke itt their comon &
of all practice & custome to drive [..] furiously & ride
in their sevall Carts Carrs & drays without having any pson
to guide their horses soe that of ten times their horses Carts Carrs
& drays run our young children & other their Maties Subjects
pasting about their lawfull occasionwhereby may [..] their
[..] ;and notwithstanding sevrall orders of their Court have been made
& published for [..] County of the like mischiefes yett the sd Carters
Carrmen & Draymen psest in such their negligence & carelessness
For [..] praucon whereof for ye futureof the like offences for the futureItt is thought
fitt & ordered by this Court that the sevall High Constables
petty Constables Headburroughs & all other officers within this County whom itt
doth & may concent [..] & whereby to Carters
Carrmen & drayment who draw Carts Carrs & Drays in the publick
Streets lanes & places in this County that from henceforth they [..] faben
rideing in or upon their Carts Carrs & Drays in ye Sd Streets lanes places [..] and [..] Carefully
lead & guide their Curses by the raines in their passage through
the sd streets lanes & planes, And if after notice of this [..] ordr given
to them [..] they shall comitt the like offences that then

The sd High Street petty Constable Heads: & att other their Maties Officers whom [..] & May concent are hereby required
to take & [..] such offender & offences before the next Justices of the [..] be Comend by recognizance
