have Certified to his Court That Psuant to a late
Act of Parlimt made in ye Served pese of the
Reigne of our Severangie Lord & Lady King Walton
& Queens Mary of Intituled an Act for pavinge
& Searsing of Street not in of Cities of London &
Westmr & Liberty & Libertyes thereof & Out pish
in yr County of Middx Etc They having beined
& Inspected a Certaine new Street in yr pis
of St. James Clarkenwell in his County Leading
from Clarkenwell greene to St. John Streete
& That upon there said now they did adjudg ye
Said Streete fitt to be paved wth Stone on both
Sides ye Way, from ye house of Mr Todd on the
Work side & from Esqr St. John of Jerusalem
Taverns on ye South side to St. John Street afore-
said this Court upon Consideracon of ye sd
Certificat doe think fit yt ye. Said New Streete be
paved into Stone according to ye Judgmt. of ye said
Justices And thereupon according to ye Direccons in ye [..]
Act contained Doth order yt ye. sd New Street be paved with
Stone ye whole bredth on be both sides of ye way from yr sd house
of Mr Todd & ye St John of Jerusalem Taverns aforesd to
St. John Street aforesd before ye first day of ye next Quartr:
Sessions of ye Peace to be Sold for this County by some Pson & Psons
Respectively as by ye sd Act are required & directed to doe ye Same
