of the Peace for the County of Middlx

The humble Peticon of William Cranfield< no role > of White-
cross street Liberty in the Parish of St. Giles wthout Cripple-
gate in the County aforesaid Silver Spinner .

Sheweth.

That your Peticoner is chosen by the ancient Inhabitants of the said Liberty
to sever the Office of Constable for the year ensueing notwithstanding
your Peticoner is in the Sixty Sixth year of his age, of every weake
Constitution, and loaded with grovious insanities

In convocation whereof your Peticoner humbly praise to be
discharged from the said office, or that the said ancient Inhabitants
may be Ordered to attend this Honble. Anns: to shew some
lawfyll, or reasonable cause to the contrary.

And your Peticoner shall ever pray Etc.
