Sheweth
That about Sixteen months since John Gillingham< no role >
the Son of your Petr
was put an Apprentice
to one George Felster< no role >
of the pish of St Martins in
the Feilds
for the terme of Seven Years to learn the Art of a Carver
That your Peticonr gave wth his son the Sume of Seven pounds in money
& to find him Apparell dureing the said terme
But more may it please this Worshipfull Bench yor peticoner finds
himselfe deceived the said George Felster< no role >
not useing the Trade
of a Carver
as he alleadged for wth he Stands bound in this Honble: Court
[..] Your Peticonr therefore humbly prays (the prmises
considered) that you would be pleased to grant your
Order that the said George Felster< no role >
may appeare in
this Court at a day certaine to Shew cause why the said
John Gillingham< no role >
should not be discharged of his Indenture
of Apprenticehood
& placed wth Some other Pson useing
the Trade of a Carver
to serve the residue of his time
