Whereas Complaynt hath been made by you to one
of us that Elizabeth Phillips< no role > an Infant was
illegally left at South Mymms aforesd. And it
appearing unto us by the Oath of Michaell Phillips< no role >
that the said Elizabeth was born at Polletts aforesaid
These are therefore in their Maties. names, to require
and authorize you & every of you that you some or
one of you de remove & convey the said Elizabeth
Phillips< no role > to Polletts aforesd. that being the parish
where she was born. and to deliver her to the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
said parish of Polletts , whom we do hereby
require to receive the said Elizabeth Phillips< no role > , and
to dispose of her as the Law in such Case Directs
