Whereas I have received a Warrant from Rev Matie: under
Rev Royall signe Manuall & Countersigned by the Rt: Honoble
the Lords Comissioners of their Maties. Treasury to acknowledge
Satisfaction upon the Record of the Judgmt: agt: Philip Harper< no role >
for forging a Passe whereof he was Comitted sometime since att
the Old Bayly , and sentenced to stand twice in the Pillery
and fined in the Sume of Twenty pounds, and to stand
comitted untill paymt. thereof

These are therefore to authorize and desire you to
entred or cause to be entred the Acknowledgemt: of
satisfaction when the Record of the said Judgemt: agt.
the said Philip Harper< no role > on the account above
menconed and to doe all other Acts & things requisite
for the Retinall dischargeing of the said Philip
Harper

And for soe doeing this shall be your Warrant
