The Condicon of this Obligacon is such That if the above
bounden John Richmond< no role > doe pay unto the above named
Mary Saw< no role > (Pcecutor of an Indictmt against the said
John Richmond< no role > found att the genallSessions of the
peace held for the County of Midds att Hickshall in St Johnstreet in
& for the said County the two & twentieth day of February instant
for an assaultupon the said Mary Sawwhich said
Indictment is now removed into their Maties Court of Kings Bench
att Westmr bythevirtue of their Maties writt of Certiorare issueing
out of the said Court) within one month next after the conviccon
of the said John Richmond< no role > such reasonable costs & damages
as the Justices of peace for the said County of Midds in their Sessions
of the peace shall allow & assessee Psuant to an Act of Parliamt
made in the one & twentieth year of the reigne of the late King
James the first of England Etc Then this obligacon to be void a
else to remaine in full force
