Who saith that upon Friday last he had a mare in Smith
field to be sold which a Chapman coming to him of askd to
buy her andgive him was willing to give him four Pounds
for the same and his Bridle & saddle if he likd her upon
riding one Step and gave him a Shilling in Earnest and soe
moanted & rid away with her which Man he never see
since but found his Mare wth. the boy of one Edward Jones< no role >
of Milend riding upon her who was carrying her to Grass.
