That as the last Sessions yor. Worpps were pleased to order thatyor Petr.
[..] Severall Streets in Goodmans Feilds should be paved according to a late Act
of Parliamt in that case made and provided

That yor. Petr. humbly conceives that he is not within the intenton of the said
Act. although to hath some small states in the sd Feild.

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly pray yor.
