the Pish of St Battolphs without Algate in
the County of Midd.

Whereas at a Generall Quarter Sessions of the
Peace held for this County at Hicks hall in St John
Streete in the said County upon Monday the sixth
day of July Instant It was ordered that the
Examining of the accompts of Bartholomew Hart< no role >
late Church warden of the aforesaid pish of St Battolph
without Algate should be referred to Thomas Johnson< no role >
& Robert Hastings< no role > Esqrs : two of there Mats: Justices
of the peace of this County In Pursuance where of
we the [..] said Justices of the peace have mett
together & Sumoned all parties Concerned before
us & Received & per [..] ed the accompts of the said
Bartholomew Hart< no role > & upon Inquiry thereinto Doe
find that he hath already received the Sum of
forty five pounds towards reimbursing him what
money he is out of purse on accompt of the poor
of the said Pish & that there is Still remayning
Din to him the said Church warden the Sum or ye
forty pounds which by & with the Consent of the
psent Church wardens & principle Inhabitants
of the said Pish as alsoe of the sd: Mr. Hart, Wee
Doe order shall be forthwith paid unto she said
Bartholomew Hart< no role > by the said psent Churchwarden
& ovrseers, who taking by receipt for the same
this Shall be theire discharge, In Testimony
whereof We have hereunto put our handsthis
& Seates the four and twentith day of July
