Sheweth

That your Petr. was bound over by Mr. Justice James to
appeare in this Court as of this prsent Sessions to answer to
the Compll. of Elizabeth Deale< no role > as she alleadges for servts.
Wages As by the Recognizance therefore taken may appeare
But now Soe it is may it please Yor. Worpps the said Eliz:
Deale< no role > never was a Servt. to Your Petr. And forasmuch as
Yor Petr. gave the said Deale notice in writeing She
would appeare this day to answer the Same & the said
Deale will not appeare.

Yor. Petr. therefore humbly beseecheth this Honble-
Bench (the premisses considered) to be pleased
to grant that She may be discharged from
the said [..] Recognizance.

And Yor Petr. (as in duty bound) Shall ever pray Etc.
