The humble Peticon of theChurchwardens and
Overseers of the Poore of the Precinct of St. Katherine
near the Tower of London .

Sheweth
That of late Christopher Hoare< no role > and Joseph Hoare< no role > were by Warrant under the
hands and Seales of Sr. John Cutler< no role > Knight and Nehemiah Arnold< no role > Esqr two of their
Maties Justices of the Peace for the said County passed from the Parish of St. Margrett
Westmr to St. Katherine aforesd.

To prove the

That the said Christopher Hoare< no role > and Joseph Hoare< no role > Togother wth. John Hoare< no role >
their Father did in or about Febry 1684 inhabitt in the sd. parish of St. Margrett
Westmr In which sd. parish the sd. John Hoare< no role > with his sd. Children continued
till the death of the sd. John Hoare< no role > which was about 18 Months past And
from themeforth the sd. Children remained in the sd. Parish of St. Margrett
Westm till about 5 weekes past Att which time their Mother left the sd. &
Children to be chargeable to the sd. Parish of St. Margrett Westmr who (as ye
Petr. humbly to conceive) ought to provide for them accordingly.

Parliamt begun the 19th
day of May 1685

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly pray yor.
Worpps to be pleased to order the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poore of the sd Parish of St.
Margrett Westmr to attend this Court to Shew cause
why they should not provide for the sd two Children

And yor. Petr. Shall ever pray Etc
