the Peace for this County this Seventh days of June
In the third years of their Matys reigne Anno

This Informant Sayeth upon his Oath that one Lucy Davies< no role > als Elizabeth
Williams
< no role > als Rachell Matthews< no role > als Anne Walker< no role > Tooke a Chamber
in this Informants house about the fourth of Aprill last & lodged
there about term or dossen nights & about the Seventeenth of the Said month
she the Sd Davis did feloniously Steale from his one feather bed & bolster
& feather Pillow & billow beene & three sheets & a New Rugg & a new blankett, wth the Curtaines
& Vallance, a looking glass, a nest of Drawers, & other [..] Small goods to
the vallew of tenn pounds or thereabouts, & in the tyme of his lodging
in this Informants house none Came to See hir butt Anne Webb< no role > to [..] this
Informts Knowledge, & that this Informant further saieth that She doth
Vehemently Suspect Anne Webb< no role > to bee Confederate wth the person abovesd
to be accessary to the Sd Felony by reason this Informant did find a
Pillabee pt of the abovesd goods in the Custody of the Sd Anne Webb< no role > , & this
Informant further Suspects the Sd Anne Webb< no role > by reason she has heard that
ye Sd Anne Webb< no role > did Confess that she had Carried hir Selfe & was nott hir selfe
in a weeke after in Careying awaye the aforesd bed,

This Informant Sayeth upon his Oath that one Lucy Davis< no role > alias Elizabeth
Williams
< no role > als Rachell Mattocke< no role > als Anne Walker< no role > Came to this Informants
lodgings about Eastr last migh the Heymarkett & desired to lye wth this Informant a night
or two, wth this Informt did Suffer his to doe, And this Inform doth Say that in ye
tyme the Sd Davis did lodge wth hir rnd Anne Webb< no role > Came & told ye Said Davis
who goes by many names that she was discovered about a bed & other goods
Stolen & that she was described by the Cloths she then wore, & the Sd Davis
& names told Anne Webb< no role > if she discovered any thing Concerning the
Robery She would bring the Said webb for being Concerned in the said Robery and ever as she &
this Informt further Sayeth that ye Sd Davis did tell Webb if she was putt
into any trouble she the Sd Davis would Mainteyn [..] hir & this Informant
further Sayeth that ye sd webb did tell his the Sd Davis that shee had almost
brooke hir necke & was nott able to lift hir hands to hir head for almost a
weake in Carrying of the sd bedd & furth Syeth nott
