subscribed are Upon Consideration of what was this
offered & alledged by Captaine Jones in Relation to the [..]
Matters conteined in the said Order of Reference we [..]
it reasonable that the Keeper of New Prison be discharged [..]
from the payment of twenty five pounds p Ann yt formerly
paid by the said Keeper to the Governor of Powell unto [..]
the respective Constables Headboroughs Etc in the said
County shall carry or cause to be carryed [..] sons ap-
prhended by them in the night time to New Prison
formerly was & by Law ought to be done & not to Ro [..]
Houses & other private Prisons as of Late yeares Ha [..]
unwarrantably been practised to the great damage & [..]
the said Keeper by which he is become unable to [..]
the said twenty five pounds p Ann to thesdlGovernor [..]
dnd that the Remainder of the Debt allready reported [..]
due to the Said Captaine Jones be paid him out of
the Arreares of Rent allready due to the Said County
& the Rent accruing to the Sd County as the same shall [..]
