Jane Prisbery< no role > for feloniously stealing from owt of hir
shopp two Shirts to the vallue of twelve shillings

This Informant Sayeth upon hir Oath that about the tenth day of November
last past Jane Prisberry< no role > & another pson unknown came into this Informants shopp to cheapen some
goods, and this Informant Sayeth that the Said Presberry on the other person
unknowne did feloniously steale from this Deponent two new shirts to the
vallew of twelve shillings & this deponent farther Sayeth that the shirts were
in the Shop when the Sd Jane Presberry< no role > to the other women and into her
Shopp and that she mist the Shirts in a quarter of an howre & that noe body
came into this shopp butt the Sd Prosberry & the other woman unknown and
further Sayeth nott
