Whereas I have pecrived a Warrant from her Majties: under
her Royall Signe Manuall & Counter signed by the Rt: Honoble:
the Lords Comissioners of their Majties: Treasury to acknowledge
Satisfaction upon the Record of the Indgemt: agt: John Lowthorpe< no role >
Clerke for Writeing Printing & publishing a Boore Enhtuled A
Letter to the Bishopp of Sarmn, being an Answer to his Lordshipp's
Pastorall Letter, whereof he was Convicted att the Sessions held in
the Old Bayly in September last, and thereupon Fined in the
sume of Five hundred Markes and ordered to continue A
Prisoner till the same should be paid.

These are therefore to Authorize & desire you to
enter or cause to be entred the Acknowledgemt: of
Satisfaction upon the Record of the said Indgemt:
agt: the said John Lowthorp< no role > on the Acconur above
menconed, and to doe all other necessary Act or Acts
whereby the said John Lowthorp< no role > may be effectually Freed &
discharged of & from the said Fine & Enlarged from
his Imprisonmt: And for soe doeing this shall be your
Warrant Given under my hand this Thirteenth day
of February 1690
