The Information of Ambrose Holland< no role > taken upon Oath
the first day of December Anno Dun 1690.

He South that he haith been acquainted wth Charnell Hayter about
yeare & a halfe pence the occasion of his being acquainted wth him
was [..] this Informant & one Henry Howell< no role > had Comitted [..]
Robery on ye high way in the County of Surry upon a Gentleman
whose named s sewell & did then Lodge att a Poulterers in St
James Markett & the said Charnell Hayter< no role > did Compound
10th the Said Sewell on ye behalfe of this Informant to give
him Twenty pounds upon Condrcon that he should not Sweare
positive that this Informant was ye Pson who had robbed him
that fine that time this Informant hath been Severall that him
in the Company of ye Sd Charnell Hayter< no role > at the Sugar Loafe as
Cooker Shopp in ye backside of St Clements & at John Holland< no role >
at the Starr & Garter in Peter Street Bloomsbury & that [..]
when the gang had Stollen any Silver hilts of Swords or Tobacco
Proxes the said Hayter did use to received them knowing the
to be Stolle & [..] bought them they Selling charrg peay
worths to him And this Informant further deposeth that
the Sd Charnell Hayter< no role > came to this Informant Lodgeing
at Mr Smalbones at ye blew ball in Brownlow Street near Drury
Lane & could him that his Landlord was about purchaseing of
two houses wth would not be brought for less then f [..]
