for this present Year for the
Weekly Relief of Maimed Soulders
These are in His Majesties Name
to will and require you forthwith up
on receipt hereof to Raise, Levy and
Collect within your Present or Hamblett
the Sum of Forty three Shillings & Six pence
for one yeare ending at
Michell Mass next coming, and the
same so Raised, Levied, and Collected,
forthwith to pay the same to me at
my house in Good mans Fields
accord-
ing to the Contents of this said War-
rant, upon Monday ye 23th Instant [..] next. Hereof
fail not at your Perils. Given under
