pleased to Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poore of the parish of Ratliffe Should [..]
not preed dallow John fire and penson for and towards
his releife and mainteynance by reason his wife was a papist
& also that he should affred. this Honble Court as of this morning
which accordingly he is now ready

He therefore most humbly prays ye.
Worpps to be a pleased to grant that his
Sd. penson may not be taken away he
having small Children to mainteyne
who are likely to parish
