ward in the day time.</note>

Upon Complaint made to this Court that the Watches within the<lb></lb>
several Parishes Hamblets Precincts and Liberties within this<lb></lb>
County are Sett to late and that the Petty Constables and Head boros-<lb></lb>
of the said Parishes Hamblets Precincts and Liberties discharge their<lb></lb>
watches too Early in the Morning and keep noe Ward in the day<lb></lb>
time whereby great mischiefs have happened within this County<lb></lb>
For the better preservation of their Maties Peace within this County<lb></lb>
and for Preventing any danger that may therein happen for the<lb></lb>
future by not keeping sufficient Watches and Wards Itt is Ordered by<lb></lb>
this Court that the Petty Constables and Headboros. of every Parish<lb></lb>
Hamblett Precinct and Liberty within this County doe forthwith upon<lb></lb>
Notice of this our Order Sett and Place in their respective Parishes<lb></lb>
Hambletts Precincts and Libertys a Sufficient Watch and Double<lb></lb>
the Number of Watchmen before the makeing of this Order usually<lb></lb>
appointed and that the said Watch be from henceforth constantly<lb></lb>
sett kept and continued from nine of the Clock in the Evening untill<lb></lb>
the hour of Five in the morning and the said Wards be sett and kept<lb></lb>
from Five of the Clock in the Morning untill nine of the Clock in<lb></lb>
the Evening and that the said Watches be not dismissed untill they<lb></lb>
be releived by the said Watches and it is further Ordered by this<lb></lb>
Court That the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50003_occ26">High Constables</rs>

of every Division in this county<lb></lb>
doe take speedy cares of the due Execution of this Order and upon<lb></lb>
sight hereof apply themselves unto the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50003_occ27">Justices of the Peace</rs>

of this County in their respective Divisions to consider in what<lb></lb>
Places the said watches and Wards may be from times to time<lb></lb>
most conveniently kept and placed And this Court doth likewise<lb></lb>
hereby recommend itt to the care of their Maties <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50003_occ28">Justices of the<lb></lb>
Peace</rs>
