County & to the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poore of the Parish of Tottenam in the County of
Midlsx and to all of her their Majestys officers
whom it may concerns

Wher as Complt hath been made to us his Majestys Just
for the Liberty of Sr Albons by the overseer of the
[..] Cudient [..] that soon Gray and her daughter
Susana were sent by a warant from the Mid Justices
unto the town of Cudient aforsd upon pretence that
George Gray< no role > (who hath listed him self in their Majestyes
service) and hath and of the Sd Joan Gray< no role > was last
legally settled in the Sd town of Cudient with his uncle
Richard Gray< no role > , but we are Certainely informd by the
overseer of the poore Churchwarden & all the Cheife of
the Sd Parish that George Gray< no role > was never Settled there
nor was Ever Such a man as Richard Gray< no role > known in that
Parish now whereas the Sd Joan Gray< no role > was deliverd of
her daughter Susanah< no role > in Tottenem aforsd where she was last
legally Settled her Child bring there borne we do
therfore in their Majestyes names will and comand
you and Every of you to take remove and convey
Joane Gray the wife of George Gray< no role > and Susanah
their daughter from and out of the Sd Parish of Cudient
from Parish to Parish and place to place the next
and direct way to Tottenham aforsaid and there
them deliver to the Churchwardens afsd overseers of
the poore of the Sd Parish of Tottenham or to any
one of them togeather with this precept who
are herby required to receive & provide for there
as Settled Inhabitants of their said Parish untill
they shall be discharged of them according to lax
her of faith not any of you at yor Parish dated at
St Albons the 31st of May 1690 Annoqr Regin Dom
